Thrifty Thursday Vol. 42: A Box Full of Heads

Hi everyone and welcome to this week’s Thrifty Thursday post, where I share some of my thrift shop vintage finds for the week. This week’s post is a little different, rather than thrifting, we were given a huge box full of these amazing head planters by Phillip’s stepmom. She inherited them from a relative and isn’t sure what to do with them all, so we’ll be selling them for her in our antique spaces. There are a ton of them! Take a look:

They appear to be from roughly the same era (I’m thinking late 50s-mid 60s). Some still have their original labels on the bottom and some don’t. Unfortunately they are all coated with a layer of dirty soot because the owner was a heavy smoker. I’ve got my work cut out for me in cleaning them!

I’m trying to decide if I want to keep one or not. Which one is your favorite?

I’ll be linking up at Apron Thrift Girl, A Living Space, Sir Thrift A Lot, Joyful Treasure Hunting, and Young Heart. Head on over and check out all of the finds for this week!

If you see any items you like, they may be listed on Phillip’s Ebay account, so take a looksie!

PS: As you read this, we’ll be heading to Disneyland for a long-awaited vacation! I’m so excited!
