Evie Lou was born on July 2nd at 3:43 in the morning. We had gone in at 8 am on the 1st to start my induction and by that evening was starting to go into labor. Unfortunately she was not tolerating labor well and had some heart decels, which necessitated an emergency C-section. Luckily it all went well- she was healthy if a little small (5 lbs 6 oz) and my recovery was just fine. Anyway, she’s been here for around 3 months now and it’s crazy how much she has changed since this picture was taken right after her birth!
