My Vintage Patterns: Part 4

Happy Easter everyone! What are your plans? We’re going to a family barbeque, though unfortunately it’s raining here today.

Have any of you fellow sewing enthusiasts heard of the contest that Collette Patterns is holding for their new Laurel pattern? I think don’t have too much hope of winning, but I decided to give it a try anyway, if only for a fun reason to make a new dress! I spent yesterday making a wearable muslin in one of my African wax print fabrics I got in Ghana, and I’m hoping to start on my dress tonight (in a navy and white houndstooth). I’ll try to share them on the blog soon.

Here’s the fourth installment of my vintage pattern collection for your enjoyment! The first three are here: One, Two, Three

Have a very Happy Easter and a great rest of your weekend!
