Some recent thrifting finds in a classy combo of black and copper:
I’ve been on the lookout for a teakettle and was excited to find this pretty copper one. I just need to put a little elbow grease into it to make it bright and shiny! I’m also thinking of painting the wooden parts to give it a little more style.
I always love a pretty vintage tray!
I really love the shape and style of this pale yellow plate.
Upon closer inspection, I realized the owl on this plate is actually inlaid wood and brass. It’s made by a company called Couroc of Monterey that apparently made these hand-inlaid pieces from the 1940s through the 80s. I love the simplicity of the design and how expressive the owl’s face is!
And last but not least, a couple of very cool glasses- made for sipping a couple of very cool cocktails, I imagine.
Thanks for reading and have an amazing summer weekend!
